Cancellation Policy
A no show is anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgot their appointment for any reason. They will be charged at 75% for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others who’s appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your technician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your lash technician and other clients please plan accordingly and be on time.
Children
Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent to receive any service. Any children requiring supervision will not be allowed in the room. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment and it will be required to pay for the service.

In the desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following procedures are in place: 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
